Support
One email address, answered by the person who wrote the code.
Get in touch
Replies normally arrive within one working day, UK time. There is no ticket portal to sign into and no chatbot in front of the queue — you're writing to the developer.
What to include
You don't have to write a formal bug report, but three things turn a guess into a fix: which app you're using and on which platform, what you clicked just before it went wrong, and the exact text of any error message the app showed you. A screenshot covers all three at once and is always welcome.
If something is urgent — codes needed for a campaign going out today, a checklist blocking a client handover — say so in the subject line and it gets looked at first.
Before you write
The documentation covers the questions that come up most often, including the ones that look like bugs but are settings: Subitem Templates and Bulk Discount Codes.
Feature requests and bugs
Both go to the same address, and both are read properly. These are small apps maintained by one person, which cuts both ways: there's no committee between your suggestion and the code, but there's also no team to promise you a date. If a request is a good fit it can ship in days; if it isn't, you'll get a straight answer rather than being told it's on the roadmap.
Billing and cancelling
Subscriptions are handled by the platform the app runs on, not by Stonewren — a Shopify app is billed on your Shopify invoice, and a monday.com app through your monday.com account. Both can be cancelled from those same settings whenever you like, without asking us first. If a charge looks wrong, email support and it will be sorted out.
